At Mississippi County Public Facilities Board, we partake in the PHA/Section 8 program to assist eligible candidates to obtain affordable housing. The Section 8 Voucher Program is a federal program designed to offer homes for residents within their city.

What is the Housing Choice Voucher Program?

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program assists low-income families, elderly persons, veterans and disabled with affording housing in the private market.


The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development provides funds to the Mississippi County Public Facilities Board to administer the voucher program in Mississippi County.
